Garry Frazer Dies after Pedestrian Crash on East Broadway Boulevard [Tucson, AZ] 52-Year-Old Man Dies Days Later after Being Struck by Vehicle near North Dodge BoulevardTUCSON, AZ (September 28, 2023) – Tuesday evening, Garry Frazer was killed in a pedestrian crash on Broadway Boulevard.The incident happened on September 29th, around 8:00 p.m., in the 3700 block of East Broadway Boulevard.According to reports, Frazer was walking in the area when an eastbound Toyota RAV4 struck him. The impact of the collision left the pedestrian with serious injuries.Emergency crews arrived at the site of the collision shortly after.
